Tuesday's video moves to Wednesday this week due to a sponsor requirement of not having an ad running over July 4th in the US.
I've spent pretty much all monday working on the 4060 comparison, it's actually super close because for the first time this generation, the laptop and desktop parts are using the same GPU die with same power limits etc.
I'm still waiting on a replacement to our Razer Blade 14 that's not working, but no update on that. If that doesn't come this week, then I'll instead probably work on the Legion Slim 7i Gen 8 review and another comparison for next week, probably a 4070 vs 4080 laptop comparison.
The ASUS Strix G15 from 2021 arrived today with RX 6800M graphics. This often goes on sale for $1100 USD, yet it has 12GB VRAM. On the Nvidia side, this gen you have to go for a 4080 for that which costs about double. I wanted to collect fresh 6800M data for a big comparison in a few months time, but there might be a standalone video covering it if I think it will be interesting enough for a video.
Otherwise I've got basically all my work planned out until the end of the month when I fly to Canada for LTX, so I need to make sure there's enough content ready to go for the trip!
