How do you cool an nVidia Tesla GPU?

Server GPUs like nVidia Tesla and AMD FirePro often rely on airflow inside a server for cooling, making them difficult to run inside a PC. Today, I'm trying out three different 3D Printed Air Shrouds to see if I can cool down this Tesla M40, and save my hearing in the process.
But first... What am I drinking???
