Remote Access to ANY server - Guacamole WebApp Tutorial

Today, I'm going to show you how to install Guacamole, a web appliance and virtual KVM, to manage ANY server through SSH, Telnet, VNC, RDP, even Kubernetes all from any HTML5 web browser.

This is wonderful. I'm definitely going to be giving this a try in the near future. :) I've watched this video a few times trying to figure it out, but: why did you use a physical server for this instead of virtualizing it? I assume so that it will still work in the event Proxmox takes a dive, but is there any other reason?

2021-07-15 04:14:31 +0000 UTCGrabbing my NUC now (buried in a drawer somewhere) to set it up to be the KVM for my 4 host VMware lab in the basement. Would have loved to have seen the setup/config of how you got the linux system to boot up with firefox open.
