Sketch Ref - Hound & Daomin
Added 2022-01-04 02:32:41 +0000 UTCFeel like I probably missed the opportunity a while back to do a really basic introduction for these two, but now that I'm 25 pages deep into a comic about them, I figure I may as well!
The comic isn't especially exposition/lore heavy, (mostly bc it's my first project and it's just a vehicle for Adult Content) but what IS there is slightly Shadowrun Returns-flavored since Hound is basically a reconstituted version of my shotgun-wielding dwarf decker from a couple years ago. Here, he's a indentured merc belonging to a shady underworld enterprise called the Coterie, and Daomin was his crew lead--a long-range weapons specialist who caught the eye of a wealthy client and married out of his service to the guild before either of them could resolve their feelings toward each other.
And now that Daomin's in a position to buy his old partner's freedom?
