Regarding failed payments for Indian Credit Cards

Due to a recent mandate by the Reserve Bank of India, recurring payments are blocked for Indian Credit Card holders on overseas websites like Patreon. As a result many of you would have had your transactions declined today.
I was caught unawares by this issue until a few of you messaged me and brought it to my notice. Please give me a few days to do some research on this and come up with some alternatives for my patrons based in India. YouTube memberships looks like the most feasible alternative for now.
I'm currently hiking in Zanskar. I just finished a short 55km hike from the village of Lingshed to the village of Rangdum as part of my 'getting back to fitness' routine. Now I'm off to camp near the Pensila pass for a couple of days before going to the main town of Padum. I will do my research after reaching Padum and update you all on the options.

We should complain to the RBI and demand that they allow recurring payment to patreon and oversea websites or let patreon find a way to let us Indians pay and access the contents
