2-5: Kaveh & Haikaveh brain worms take hold, sketches for Haikaveh comic (currently 3 or 4 parts)
6-10: Comic part 1 cleaned up (original sketches photocopied 150% larger > mechanical pencil + tracing paper)! The beginning of their living together and the root cause of their misunderstanding
11-16: Cyno & Kaveh Growth spurt (ink pen + tracing paper, basic shading finger painted on phone) 🌱 I sense some rivalry between Cyno and Haitham 😏 Also, I love shota!type characters who grow up big and strong!!
17-22: Haikaveh x CLAMP style crossover! I made an attempt and I included some art I referenced 👀 Can you see where I drew inspiration from?

First time Genshin posting and I have yet to play the game! 😂

I didn’t truly appreciate Kaveh until watching him being his delightfully animated self in Al Haitham’s PV, upon which it became clear that he was a fun and flirty drunk, full of personality, an artist of great ambition and a genius in his own right! (Reminds me of Charles Xavier as portrayed by James McAvoy💗)

The combination of him and Al Haitham’s divorced but never dated energy got me good (also reminds me of cherik, both intelligent capable guys who have some fundamental difference in beliefs) and I think they have big CLAMP vibesー Personality wise and visual design wise i.e. the Insane levels of ornamentation of their clothes (RIP me who doesn’t draw clothes 90% of the time).

Actually trying draw various characters in different art styles is so fun, I have a whole list of things I want like to draw!! Let me know if this is something you would like to see more of, or even if these would be fun Patreon requests 🤗
