5 Years of EliteMobs
Added 2022-04-27 08:13:38 +0000 UTC5 years ago, EliteMobs was launched on Spigot.
Back then, it was basically my own version of a plugin called InfernalMobs but focused more on having levels.
Throughout the years, the items systems were expanded, then the elite mobs, with custom bosses only coming at a much later stage. After that, the regional bosses were developed, and with those Lairs started getting released.
Once we got comfortable doing Lairs, and then Minidungeons, we started venturing towards doing Adventures and now even have Arenas!
It is thanks to your support, both monetary and in terms of feedback that I was able to take EliteMobs to this point.
To celebrate this 5th anniversary, a sale was created on magmaguy.itch.io which you can find at the top of this page!
I will be working extra hard these coming days to try to release more content to celebrate the anniversary, both in terms of free and premium content.
I would like to thank all the supporters on Patreon and those purchasing dungeon on magmaguy.itch.io, as well as those who have left reviews or even just showed up on Discord to share how much you like the plugin or a cool moment you had while playing with it.
At this stage I have begun registering trademarks and doing the things necessary to officially form my own game studio! I am on the verge of being able to make a good living off EliteMobs, and I am still looking to expand the scope of what I do and create.
While it is an enormous amount of work and effort, words fail to describe how happy I am that I get to do something I truly enjoy for a living, and how much I am looking forward to the future.
I hope you are all satisfied with the experience I provide through EliteMobs and I think you will love where we go next with it.
