Elitemobs 7.15, Elitemobs 7.16 and BetterFood 1.3

This is a catch-up for the recent updates to EliteMobs and BetterFood.
EliteMobs:
EliteMobs 7.15 fixed a lot of bugs.
Elitemobs 7.16 fixed some bugs and added Minecraft 1.19 compatibility. You can also make the new Warden boss an Elite / Custom boss.
BetterFood:
BetterFood 1.2 added Minecraft 1.18/1.19 compatibility and a minor cleanup of the project. Further development was requested by the users and it will be coming very soon.
Streams:
As promised, the streams have resumed. twitch.tv/magmaguy if you want to see me develop live, you can follow that channel to see when I go online. Note: due to how twitch now does copyright, it is unlikely that I will leave VODs on unless Bepis was on the stream.
I will be updating ResurrectionChest next, as well as FlyHook. ResurrectionChest is a great plugin to have to correctly deal with players dying in dungeons, and BetterFood is a cool plugin to have in general. FlyHook is just really fun.
