EliteMobs Webapp 3.0 alpha

For the past few weeks I've been working on the EliteMobs webapp. It was initially going to just be an update, but for several technical and practical reasons it ended up being a full rewrite.
For the first release of the webapp only Elite Powers can be created through the webapp. This is the most complex configuration entry type, and everything else will only take a few hours to do.

I plan to release it publicly on the 1st of January 2023. We will be using the webapp moving forward to create all the dungeons we work on, as it is objectively easier and faster to create powers through it right now, and the same should be true once the other features are done.
I will be updating the webapp daily, adding the currently missing options and generally tweaking it based on feedback.
It was quite a lot of work to get this made, so I hope you will get some use from it. Once the webapp is fully done and released I plan to make videos explaining how to create content for EliteMobs and I will be centering those videos around the webapp.
Regarding other releases, we have a few things that should be about ready to go so now that the big initial push for the webapp is done I will be trying to focus on getting those out.
