A correction and an issue

I posted this on Discord, but I want to make sure that this is highly visible for the devlog readers as well:

I want to issue a correction/update and also bring up an issue I'm starting to see:

Correction/Update - I just found out earlier that ModelEngine R3 is, in fact, working for Minecraft 1.20.2. It seems like it updated the day after my devlog post which talked about the roadmap (just after I started working on FMM). Also, I remind you all that ModelEngine R3 is still compatible and will continue to be compatible until either their API breaks in an absolutely major way or R3 ceases to see updates. R4, the latest rewrite, is the version that is not compatible. 

Issue - Guys, I appreciate that you like my plugins and that you might even like me as a developer. I even understand if you feel wronged by ModelEngine. However, I have no desire to start a war with that - or any - developer. I ask that you don't bring up FreeMinecraftModels - or any plugin, really - in the review section of other plugins. Especially don't leave links to my patreon on other people's plugins - that feels like a highly dishonest way of promoting my content, and I am completely against that practice. 

Someone did that recently, and I requested Spigot to remove that review. Positive criticism, and even negative criticism, of my plugins and other author's plugins is important for the plugin community, both developers and users, but review sections of other plugins are not the place to promote my plugins (much less my patreon). 

This also extends to asking other devs to support my plugins as a covert way of poking fun at them. Though I do not necessarily like or agree with all of them, I respect all developers that put time and effort into working on their plugins, doubly so for those who make plugins in the same space as me as I appreciate how much work it is to make said plugins. 

So, please, be reasonable and do not go on crusades to start "drama". If you have a criticism, by all means, criticize, but keep other authors out of it.

Alright, that's it. I'm still working on FMM, and have a meaty EliteMobs content update queued up which I think you will love so I need to get back to it.
