To join Discord go to Patreon profile settings > Apps > Connect Discord.

Some web browsers like "Floorp" have been reported as not working to connect Patreon with Discord (try a different one).
Patreon may take "a while" to get you in Discord and set up the roles, so please be patient and wait until it’s finished. Attempting to reconnect during this process may cause issues. If it takes much longer or is not working then please DM me.
Updates and new presets (free) are being published regularly in Discord #reshade`n`resources channel, please don't leave Discord in order to get regular updates.
