Added 2022-02-28 19:08:58 +0000 UTC- Added clouds in Clearing weather
- Updated clouds with better color for extrasunny and clear weathers
- Improved clouds flow (W.I.P) for less jumpy animation
- Added clouds compatibility with medium game settings and different game conditions
- Added cloud optimization and fixed some of the reported issues (W.I.P)
- Updated interiors (again) and fixed overbright and other reported issues
- Updated Character's materials like glasses, and fixed 'dotted' faces
- Fixed overbright background/sky when using DOF in FiveM
- Fixed darken emergency lights in some vehicles
