Art Status Changes + Tier Updates

Hello Patrons (and potential future patrons)! I'd ask how your 2020 is doing but the general answer seems to be something along the lines of "well I'm surviving I guess?" Same.

This year was supposed to go very differently for me that's for sure.

What was supposed to be a month-long trip back in February to visit my good friend Jess/Monoyasha in Texas to work on cosplays together and attend TFF, turned into... just living and working full time for her fursuit parts making company, Dream Vision Creations, as a replacement for convention income but now having no time to do anything else.

Because that's been my 2020 as well: "surviving". In any way I have to.

Art Status Changes
 

Well now it's August and half the year is over and shit's still messed up. But things are getting switched up on my end. I'm still going to be living in Texas for now because we enjoy each other's company. I am leaving DVC next week to make room at the shop for another employee who moved away last year; they will be staying in the guest room temporarily until they have enough pay stubs to provide proof of income for an apartment. I will now live in the craft room on an air mattress.

Most of the month I will be gone, visiting my parents back in Colorado for about a week and then Jess and I will drive out to the East coast to visit her mom. But otherwise this means that it will be back to full-time artwork for me!

I'll be working on the feathered raptor pre-made project again and posting updates on here and the Patreon chats on Telegram/Discord. I have Topaz the gryphon project still to finish and some other side projects.

Tier Updates

In light of how odd the world has been this year, I decided once again to change around my reward tiers. I will come up with what I think seems like a cool idea, and then things just don't quite work out the way I expected. Most of my Patreon functions best when I'm actively working on art projects and streaming- something I have not been able to do much or at least not reliably this year. We finally did get the internet fixed at Jess's place and it's now fast enough to stream... but just barely. So I would like to attempt more art jam sessions on Discord again because that little experiment was neat!

I have also removed the sponsor and super-sponsor tiers for now because I just cannot reliably fulfill the rewards I was offering. I will retroactively fulfill them for anyone who qualifies as I find the time, I apologize for not being able to get to them sooner. Alternately I can always refund anyone's support if asked. If things remain stable enough, I will consider offering higher tier options again with appropriately adjusted rewards. I just don't want to overpromise and fall behind more if I can help it. If you are on these tiers, you can continue supporting me at any amount you wish, but you have to actually pick a current tier to unlock the corresponding posts.
 

I have also switched some tier rewards around to make things more affordable during these hard times. I know none of you have to be here keeping me afloat and I super thank you for your time and support, but please let me give you something worth your time or help inspire you and engage you more! I know I sure need enrichment from the arts to help keep me sane anyways. Some of you may qualify for new rewards due to this change and may need to fill out the reward fulfillment form again. I have to update it myself so I'll make another post about it when it's ready.
