We want to keep you informed about the temporary pause of our “The Crimson Wings” Kickstarter campaign. This pause is due to the need to resolve some IP issues raised by a DMCA notice from Games Workshop, particularly concerning a few of our easy-to-build models, a couple of HQ units, and one vehicle. We are actively engaged in discussions to clarify these matters and ensure compliance with all IP regulations.

The concept of easy-to-build models is fundamental to our vision at “The Crimson Wings”. These models are designed to make it easier for everyone to enjoy our game, reducing the barrier to entry and allowing players to quickly engage in the action. We are committed to preserving these elements in our collection while respecting the creative rights of others.

As soon as we receive a detailed analysis of the complaint, we will address the specified concerns promptly. Our goal is to resume the campaign as quickly as possible once these issues are resolved.
