2019-12-21 03:31:55 +0000 UTCHey there! No, unfortunately you cannot. The Steam version and the Patreon version are two separate games. You will have to start a new game on the Patreon version, however you will have unlocked Neil's and Dimitri's full route so you don't have to go through them anymore :) You will also have all items in your possession so you can make clothes and go nuts. The only thing you'd lose are you custom clothes.
