Game progress
- Coded in James' chapter 13
Script progress
- Finished writing James' chapter 17. James' route has officially hit over 100k words!
Art progress
- Finished James' 3rd CG
- Drew Angela's alternate outfit
- Slight tweak to James' close-up sprite
Now that I have help with some of the art (Rosariy did the latest oufit for Lana!), and Hiryu ends up coding the chapters, I get to focus a little more on the script myself. Which is great, considering James' route is simply very long. I'm halfway done with his route and it's over 100k words already, that's a lot!
I am also replacing Neil's old VA with a new VA that sounds very similar to him. Here's to hoping the new VA allows for a varied library of soundbites for Neil. He'll be returning in James' route.

Now that the next update is coming along, chapter 12 has a unique choice during the festival. You get to give someone an ornament to 'someone you respect' and you're free to choose one out of 5 options.
This choice will be remembered, though you'll only get a few references here and there based on certain characters, nothing too important. Nornus is missing from the list since he's absent from the festival. Varitus is not an option because he would simply reject any gifts.
So to make things fun; who would you choose in chapter 12?

He was supposed to die in chapter 5, but because players liked him so much, I ended up making him a major character in the story! He is adorable <3

So friendly and sweet! Don't get me wrong, I love James because he's caring underneath that harsh exterior... Kaleb and Billius have potential.... though I'm with Meagan, we don't know if her powers match those of her brothers... if it does then yeah you want to steer clear (though he seems to have an interest in your character).
