A month break!
Added 2021-12-16 06:43:56 +0000 UTCSo what with putting down two of my cats last week, and Gray's writer leaving the project, and releasing the DLC on Steam, it's been quite chaotic.
I was just going to try and work a bit on Gray's route as well so that in January, he'd have two chapter released. But, as I looked over the chapters, I realized it required more art.
And that's when I realized; yeah I need a break!
I need to not have to worry about getting things done in time, or panicking about Gray's route (not to mention Gray's VA has also been MIA so we can add to the list 'find a new VA for Gray so he can voice 300+ names'). I just need to do nothing this entire December so I can regain my mental health and relax.
I mean, who can write a sexy story when in a situation like this? Not me, I can tell you that.
I'll be putting the Patreon on hold in January 2022, and will resume again in February 2022. So you won't be charged for January.
That also means I can work on Aiden's route as normal after this break.
Thanks for all your previous supportive comments as well. I've worked on Tailor Tales continuously for roughly 5 years now, and only took small breaks when a family member passed away. Don't worry, I'm not abandoning, I love it too much and I will damn well make sure Aiden's route gets his proper ending, and I would love to work on Eeyok as well.
So yeah, I'm taking a good break and focus on my mental wellbeing! I'll be around the Discord though.
And lastly, for anyone who is curious how it's been in my household lately, here is Binx saying he's sad that one of the cats he loved has passed away, and is asking where he is. How does that not make you tear up? Because I sure cried.

And I admit, once I read about your kitties passing away, it brought tears to my eyes. I know i'm weird, but I really care a lot about cats. Not only do I own one, I also grew up raising abandoned litters and had to see them at their best and worst.
