Itch failing to connect to Patreon
Added 2020-12-06 15:20:46 +0000 UTCAfter a lot of reports from new Patreons who are unable to connect their Patreon to Itch because it gives an error, it is most likely due to the currency change I implemented last month. Euros is now my preferred currency, however Itch works on US dollars. So it is denying you access to the game, despite having the right tier for it, if you're pledging in euros, pounds, or some other supported currency on Patreon.
I've contacted the Itch developer about this issue, so now it is just a waiting game.
In the meantime, lots of new Patreons are without access to Tailor Tales, so for those that cannot connect at the moment, please comment here on this post so I can generate a personal download link for you as a temporary fix.

I'm really sorry I should've deleted my comment I found the fix not long after posting so it's all good now! Sorry again and thanks for the reply! (I love the game btw)

2021-01-06 06:37:32 +0000 UTCNew Patreons are unable to install the game in the first place (they cannot connect Itch to Patreon). Previous Patreons should be fine.
