Enabled normal clouds for Clear and Thunder weather (will add more weahters in future)
Enabled ingame bloom and artefact lens at nighttime Fixed night lightning, brighter city and countryside
Updated sun flare and chromatic texture, now with better rays, added pulsar bloom
Fixed Thunder, now with working lightning strikes
Updated weathers: Extrasunny, Clear, Smog, Clouds, Thunder, Blizzard
Slightly decreased enb bloom intensity
Motion blur intensity decreased from 1.00 to 0.50 - less buggy
New cloud noise texture, 4096x4096
New optional: Emergency Light Fix by Dreamt (for Singleplayer only yet). Makes emergency lights brighter without affecting taxi and bus sights, works with vanilla cars only (modded vehicle should use car.siren shader in order to work).
