NCR Outfit update
Added 2025-06-04 16:30:52 +0000 UTCWhile preparing scene 19, we updated the NCR soldiers' outfits. Starting from scene 19, various outfit combinations will be applied, and once everything is completed, earlier scenes will also be revised to reflect the new outfits.
