In case you hadn’t noticed, the year is coming to a close, and it’s getting to that wonderful time of gift giving and decorating. In the spirit of the season, we’ve got a little something to share.
Yep. It’s more nightmare decorations!
We’ve scaled up some of our favourite decorations from this years releases and re-supported them at a scale more suitable for decorating your space with some grimdark cheer! A trio of emaciated prisoners, the severed head of a Troll, y’know – regular Christmas stuff!
We've added these Decorations to December's MMF User Group, check you library and you'll see them waiting for you!
Alongside these new pieces, we’ll also re-share last year’s collection of Christmas Decorations, along with a quick video showing how we took them from STL all the way to the tree!

The paint we’ve used here is called ‘Gilding Wax’ (Americans might know it better as Rub N’ Buff) – you can find it in a bunch of different colours, and gives a really effective finish with no time at all! Just applying a little to your fingertip, then brushing over the raised areas of the model creates an extremely lifelike finish in no time at all!
This technique is also awesome for quickly finishing up one of our Busts or Display Scale pieces – check out the gallery to see the Skeleton Warrior Bust from our Welcome Pack finished with the same process!

Love these, and hopefully my players will too! The drainage holes on the new ones are a BIG improvement. Thanks! I’m going to try the rub’n’buff paint. Looks like you primed them in flat black first?
