First up, let’s check out the next community vote -

This month is going to be a little different to the last one, we’re blowing the whole thing wide open, and letting you folks cast your choices from across the WHOLE Bestiarum Archive - your answers here will guide our plans across the next few months.

To keep things manageable, we’ll be using Google Forms for the voting this time -

June Preview #1 - Beards, Bearskins and Brute Force.

Casting our gaze into the more immediate future, we’re pleased to announce June’s first Collection - The Warclans of Thule. Laying beyond the Northern Borders of the Azerai Empire, Thule is a frozen land of hardy warrior clans, whose every day is a fierce battle against the elements, and yet more terrifying foes.

Here’s a few peeks at what’s coming!

These guys will be joined by the Hidden FaeFolk, which includes one of the most batshit crazy miniatures we’ve ever dropped! We’ll be revealing them in greater detail next week, stay tuned!

Here’s that voting link again, remember to cast your choice while you can, we’ll be closing the poll in less than a week!

I'm really hoping for a second part for the Gorgon Catacombs. With updated rules for the existing models. As for the scifi part, I hope Bestiarum continues to focus on their epic fantasy models and background/rules. I'm afraid that with additional scifi content the quality would suffer. In my opinion this is the case with Archvillain. Finally I just want to say that I love your content and work and I look forward to your future releases.

Matthias Mencel

When did they use ai?

Jérémy Guay

Lots of people do! Bestiarum shows up frequently on the Trench Crusade Discord & Facebook group. Saw even a conversion by John Blanche yesterday. They capitalize on this trend :-)

Gavin Butstraen

Glad to see I’m not the only one thinking Bestiarum would be a perfect fit for Trench Crusade.

Wouter Palsterman

Will the future of Bestiarum also continue to include using AI? I hope not!

Meeps

Hell yeah, Napoleonian Punk is the best. But, if they tend to offer Scifi as "BLAME!", i'll take it on the spot, anytime. There is definitely a ground to take there.

BARBIER ARNAUD

Instead of scifi, would you consider something more historical but post-medieval inspired? You know, like Turnip28 or Trench Crusade, fantastic & grimdark but historically inspired rather than full on futuristic.

Gavin Butstraen

I think a little drop of normal now and then emphasis well the bizarre horrors of this world.

C

Agreed, I scanned the list several times and missed it. They are my favorite by a landslide, I’d love to see more.

owen matthew Aurelio

Agreed: i appreciate particularly the "regular folks" collection. Alternate with the weird stuff is perfect to me. Awesome concepts btw.

BARBIER ARNAUD

I don't think I saw the Penitent Crusade among the options in the poll, but I guess they have a lot of releases already.

Terje Erwing Bjelkholm

Well, we must have meat for the meat grinder am i right? As a dm, its fun to have locals and stuff for the beasts, it build up the tension

Jérémy Guay

LETS GO! 🎉

Jérémy Guay

Thanks gang! Not to worry, whatever our plans might be here - we'll be careful to make sure they don't interrupt regular programming ;)

Alexei Popovici

Well you're in luck - the Abhorrents are a certainty for July!

Alexei Popovici

Not to worry Adam, we've chosen to run decidedly human for this set - the second collection is pretty intense!

Alexei Popovici

The more Sci-Fi they do, most likely it will come at the expense of the fantasy line unless they use their revenue to hire more staff. Not something I am wantinf to gamble.

Adam Christopher Boyd

Concerned we are veering a little into the normal lately...

Adam Christopher Boyd

Personaly, i would like to see all of them come back, but a lot of them have only 1 release and i feel could be explored more, like the arbhorents, the dark denizens or the desert skulls for example

Jérémy Guay

Yes, for as long as it doesnt prevent the current way of doing (2 releases of fantasy)

Jérémy Guay

Not gonna lie: the thing I was most excited to see in your survey was that you guys are considering a sci-fi offering. I would LOVE to see a dual tier Patreon, much in the vein of Archvillain Games.
