if i was to redo it i would try to fix it in a roundabout way, but part of her hair isnt modeled because the headdress obscured it. they do the same with dresses sometimes and dont model legs. im limited by the constraints of her in game sprite. i find shorter hair cute sometimes so i didnt mind it but i understand that it is not her normal look.
