Loosen the ponies up by shoving bigger and bigger stuff in 'em. Or you can do it magically by hitting the "+" and "-" buttons on the monitors.
I'll be adding better labels to the UI. Big green bar on the left: pleasure. White bar next to it: orgasm meter. Big red bar on the right: pain. White bar next to it: overstimulation.
