SHF 3 v0.15a - Messes, blushing, tickling, and more

This update is a bit of a hodge-podge of stuff, so bear with me :3

First is the "mess" system. It's super simple right now- cumming makes a couple lasting splatty effects. Kinda cool as is, but it'll get more interesting as I make it hit more body parts. The idea is to do some actual dynamic stuff in the future, hopefully including pouring cum onto characters and other lewd things.

Next is blushing. Blushing is nice. Also their eyelids will squeeze shut a little as you poke and prod at their horse-parts. It seems like little details add a lot of life. 

Then there's tickling. You can use the brush toy to tickle hooves. It might be a tad OP. In the future I'll expand it to allow tickling in more areas.

I also upgraded the system for abilities like "Prevent Orgasm", "Keep Awake", etc. It's way easier to see what they do, and they show up as magic runes on the shackles. You can also enable them all at once, preventing a character from cumming or passing out for all eternity :|

• If "Keep Conscious" is enabled, the character will no longer act dazed when the Overstimulation meter is full. If enabled while the character is unconscious, it will wake them up.
• "Keep conscious" and "extend orgasm" are now represented by magic runes on the shackles instead of individual collars. Visuals WIP
• Struggling and expressions apply better in situations where the character is forced to stay conscious and/or prevented from cumming.
