College Dropout + Craigslist Gig Days

I loved visiting the incredible San Francisco Conservatory of Music and working with the students in the innovative Technology & Applied Composition Department! We had private lessons discussing branding and self-marketing, music entrepreneurship, sampling, music composition, and more. To wrap up the visit, we had a 2 hour Q&A Session and I will be sharing little snippets from that presentation in the following weeks! Here is a snippet describing the backstory behind my degreeless exit from College and recalling my most memorable gig from back in the day.
I've watched through the entire session and found myself cringing in several parts due to the blatant honesty but I think it's good to be transparent and honest, even if - no, perhaps especially if- it reveals uncomfortable truths or embarrassing past behaviors because we are all only human striving to self-actualize and be better artists and human beings every day.
