They never have to be anything that extensive, just enough to stretch and relax your muscles and drink some water. I'd also suggest getting two different wrist braces: One with medium support for when you're working and awake (wear for 4-6 hours MAX and take it off once in a while), and one with light support to wear every few nights when you sleep to keep your wrist in a neutral position and aid in recovery. BUT please also see a doctor or physical therapist if you can and if they tell you something else listen to them. Regardless, thanks for the lovely cards and I hope you can get the wrist situation sorted out!
