What time are you on?

I hope you're all having a wonderful week,
As you know the modkit is ready, so I am preparing the implementation on Oasis. I need to do some clean up and use the same UGC (mod.io page) and I would like to share with you all the way I make my map, so I will start streaming on twitch the entire implementation and mapmaking (cause there are new areas to work on).
There is a lot to share and I'm sure you guys will love it, because my current workflow isn't what it used to be at the time I started. It is more smooth and pleasent to watch, so I plan to make some very chill stream where I can reply to any of your questions, and even take your suggestions and apply them on live :D
So my first question is, what time zone are you on? I am from Paris so I can stream on the evening, but i'm interested in knowing what is the best time for you guys.
