1500km Solo Roadtrip in a GTR
Added 2025-06-11 01:58:13 +0000 UTCI just got back from my first-ever solo road trip — I yoinked my boss' GTR and drove over 1,500 km across Japan.
Didn’t plan to film at all. I just wanted a few quiet days to drive, clear my head, and enjoy some time off from everything. But somewhere along the way, I decided to bring the camera with me, not to vlog, but to capture.
No voiceovers, no talking clips (except the intro). Just a chill, cinematic video from a third-person perspective. It’s more like you’re coming along for the ride — stopping at random service areas, watching sunsets from the beach, driving through highways and mountain passes, visiting friends at university, chatting with Airbnb owners in the countryside... all the little things that made the trip feel kinda magical.
The final video’s gonna be more than 30 minutes long — a bit slower, more atmospheric than usual. But honestly, I think it’s one of the more interesting videos that I made. Just wanted to share a little update with you here first :)
