Issandra is another member of Elveren's family, I've loosely thought of her as an aunt, a sister of Elveren's father, and the inspiration behind Elveren's decision to become a priestess. Most of the more famous members of her family have been warriors, rangers, traders and explorers, with sorcerers and priests much fewer in number.
Issandra was (and remains) a priestess, though these days she is entirely dedicated to the shadow school. Elveren would have admired her and held her in high esteem, seeing her as sort of a role model (especially since she was told "they had a similar path in life"). She would have wanted to emulate her :) She would definitely be shocked upon seeing her aunt again post... "transformation."
I used Elveren's base for her, hence the similar look lol, but I did picture her to be curvy and just a MILF in general :) Sassy, composed and calculating, always seeking to bend a situation to her advantage. Probably someone who lost a bit of herself during the many years at war and struggles :(
