I'm not the biggest fan of skull themes so I went with roses and blueish tones :)

Beside the obvious skulls, roses are what suit well lady Death (red roses and LD white skin mix well together). I love also the blue tone you put in. Really love your take on her, it's gorgeous Moomoon ! <3
