Now you got your answer from NaitoNii but indeed, she used to have blue eyes before being exposed to the fel which turned them green :) I think techically according to lore they can revert back to a different color now when the blood elves have the Sunwell again and don't have to rely on fel energy... but Elveren is still pretty addicted to it and still uses it so I've decided that she is keeping them for now XD
