You know, think what you will about the war arc but the way this show wraps up is just incredible. I dont think there is a way to make the ending better than it is. The final fight was so good, the way they go all out show another level that we havent seen before, but in the end it all coming down to a fist fight, no music, no talking just raw emotions. Naruto finally getting through the diamond wall that sasuke had build up and Sasuke admiting defeat. It was all so believable too. Like you said the show could have ended here. I mean it kinda did, even the next 10 eps and the last 7 feel like epilouge.

You could really feel the weight behind it. Maaan I can't believe we got to this point in the story, it's been such an amazing ride. Also Sasuke tapping Sakura's forehead just like Itachi did with him??? That's so cute and wholesome. Also him just leaving Konoha while declining the restoration of his left arm as a part of his punishment
