Extended Writing Update

I got so much done this week, good lord. Mostly prepping tier content here, going through and finishing up the bonus stories (I wasn't able to completely finish them last month but now they're good to go!), drafting out my ideas for how the letter for the monthly extra should go (it's from one of Wren's sisters, fun fact), and laying some groundwork for a new type of monthly extra I want to try out either in June or July.

On the demo-front of things, I've gotten about 2k words added of new content! That normally wouldn't be enough to satisfy me for a week, but I consider it very good given all the other stuff I also got done. Next week will be heavier on writing, so I'm not worried. For those who've played April's demo, I'm here to inform you that I think the pillow option is turning out to be the funniest of the options for the next choice 😂

I'm so glad to have the whole team back together and to be writing with a full cast again. The separation was necessary for the plot, but gosh I miss my characters when they're gone. I'm excited to throw them all into various situations in the next chapter. But what I'm really enjoying right now is writing those reunion scenes. They range from so tense to so sweet - and there's a lot of emotions MC can be feeling, from bitterness to relief to whatever that feeling is called when you look at your friend right after they've done something dumb and say "y'know, next time maybe call me before you blow up your whole life, huh?" 😆 I guess bemusement and mild frustration, idk.
