Hey everyone!

I've been working on the graduation event this week, which is now fully implemented!
Every week, girls who have been in the academy for at least 21 days will attend their graduation ceremony. You’ll have the option to postpone a girl’s graduation if needed.
I’m really happy with how this turned out, especially as I was able to include full-body visuals for the event!

Alongside this, some quality-of-life improvements have been made, such as being able to see the voting chance from moms directly while selecting a rule for a PTA vote.

Balance Adjustments & Community Feedback

Thanks to all Patreons who responded to the feedback poll (https://www.patreon.com/posts/0-39-feedback-124928452). Your input has been incredibly helpful! Here’s what you said and the actions taken:

86% of you think this update is a great step forward! 🎉
Permanent bonuses: 72% balanced, 29% underwhelming → Increased permanent bonus rewards by ~15%.
PTA rules: 63% too hard, 37% balanced → Increased prestige from graduation by 20-60%, with high-tier futures being highly rewarded. As more prestige makes passing rules easier globally.
Girl progression speed: 47% balanced, others split between too fast/too slow → No changes for now, as it seems to depend on playstyle or girls.
Game pacing: 100% positive feedback! The game finally loops correctly. ✅
Graduation as managers: 71% of you used this feature to automate requests. Glad to see it's usefull to you!
New dialogue changes: 92% of you noticed and liked them.
Recalling graduated girls: 100% positive.
Yearbook usage: 60% want gameplay features for it, 40% love exposing students even without gameplay impact. → I’ll add some gameplay purpose for the full 0.4 release!

I’ve also myself intentionally graduated my first girls as managers to handle requests in my playtest save.
