Quest hunter
Added 2021-06-06 11:01:00 +0000 UTCSince Nex(e)us Institute will be a sandbox experience where you can move freely through the various maps available, it was particularly important to include a quest system that was sufficiently clear and orderly.
At first I wanted to take advantage of the options offered by RPG Maker MZ, but after two days of trying I gave up. Unfortunately, the development process turned out to be too cumbersome to carry out while the final result seemed particularly confusing. Fortunately, I found and purchased some plugins for MZ which proved to be great alternatives. It took me a while to understand how it all worked (working between variables and narrative options is proving to be particularly complex, since getting even one detail wrong can freeze the whole system), but now that I have studied the available tools a bit, things are progressing quickly.
It is very likely that with the next update it will already be possible to obtain several side quests, which will however be complete later in development.
