Devblog – 0.5 Toy Update, Places & Poll Results

Hey everyone!

Here’s a quick update on what I’ve been working on this month — and what’s coming soon to WTM Academy 👀

🎁 Toy Update – Procedural Plugs Incoming

I’ve been updating big chunks of the code for the image handling in the game using RenPy’s (kinda new) composite system. The good news? This should improve overall performance when manipulaitng images and — more importantly — allow heavly layered images like plugs to show without causing lag or stutter.

I’ve already started working on procedurally generated plugs!
Expect a fun variety of shapes, stats and colors, see the post image.

🗺️ Places – Various places to see girls and do kinky things!

In an older poll, you guys wanted more places to see and interact with girls and this was re-requested on the Discord, I'm on it!

This will comes with extra "courses" types, adding variety to the base classroom gameplay like a swiming pool race and some cheerleading "gameplay".

A top down map of the academy for navigation will be done as many new players are missing completly the photoclub and PTA president office upstairs.

I hope you'll like it as it will vastly improve the free-roaming, immersion and kinky stuff you can do around the academy!

Photoclub/Outdoor, Pool and Gymnasium will be unlocked via PTA rules.

📊 Last Patreon Poll Results

Thanks again to everyone who voted in the last Patreon poll — here’s what came out of it:

• 🔇 Sound: Will now be muted by default, to avoid loud surprises when a video plays.

• 👧 Low-Rank Girls: Will stay in the base pack! They don’t take much space, and hey — extra girls are extra girls.

• 🎮 Extra Game (Godot/Daz): Interest is high! I’ve started brainstorming ideas and will come back soon with more on this new side project.

• 📖 PN Stories: Mixed results, I’ll keep making them as bonus content for those who enjoy them — just not a top priority.

• ✨ New Girls: Y’all really like having dev-added girls! I’ll be posting a new vote soon so you can help choose the next ones!

• (not related to the poll but it's done) 🖼️ Transparent Backgrounds: I’ve finished updating all base pack girls with clean transparent backgrounds for body parts.
