Discord Assignment the 4th - Week 5

Okay so it's plus a couple more than that but who's counting.

Like a phoenix from a flame the concept that is the Discord Assignment where you lot help make an assignment returns.

Where we'd got to last time was having chosen three possible choices there was a bunch of input into what exactly they might also involve.

For those that weren't around for these before. Basically a couple of patrons are the driving force of this, and my involvement is to make the posts, and of course do the final implementation.

My beautiful assistant (seriously the sparkly leotard is truly stunning) has collated all the info which I've included below. I've split them into sections being Title, The Pitch, Definitely to Include, and Additional to Consider. Now I've reduced this down somewhat to make it more readable so if you don't see your suggestions (and still remember it) be assured it's been included in the notes I'm referring to,

Title : ROCKER “VAMPIRES”

The Pitch : A festival is held at a town deep in the forest, with rocking “vampires” and all, held In the name of the hamlet’s freedom from an evil witch from days long past, who cursed the town upon her demise, or so the legends go. Entirely unrelatedly, an old large tome was dug up, refusing to open and spill its secrets which only manages to draw more attention. Will you help an author seeking inspiration to uncover secrets that might involve - or even transform - the town and everyone in it?

The witch’s influence lingers on, and depending on the outcome her essence might even influence the lead singer who’d make for a cool possessed (semi?)-unique. Otherwise, perhaps you can get the author as a slaver if you happen to have (Spi) and (Flk) in the party, and the festival itself could be an opportunity to flesh (Spi) out!

Definitely to Include : On other good outcomes, the drummer of the group might be trying to sell out the others in the band out of jealousy, which could be a source of (musically gifted) slaves! The tome’s secrets get partially unveiled on a crit

Additional to Consider : Female only slave rewards? Defending/Infiltration?  The source of the possession? Does the author play a role?

Title :  NO SLEEP, NO DREAMS

The Pitch :  An assignment focused heavily on Headfriends, like the ones you can get as a corruption! Strange dreams keep your PC up at night, and either you or your slavers can investigate a “fixer” in the forest. The nature of your relationship or even the very type of being that might live in your head and the consequences for the PC/slaver that come with the… move-in.

Definitely to Include : Solo Assignment.

Additional to Consider :  As for the consequences, should any “behavioral” traits be eligible for being added/removed based on the outcome of the assignment, or should there be specific kinds of “head friends” with mostly-set trait packages for the various outcomes? (By 'head friends meaning when getting possessed by a succubus) Stress that it’s different from the usual corruptions?

Title : TOMB OF THE NEKODANCER

The Pitch : A village has been thrown into an enchanted slumber as the blight-curse sets upon them. Our heroic followers - and our equally brave PC - can seek the site of the incident and encounter the source: the Nekodancer. The assignment will focus on nimble legs, the wicked blight and two left feet, leading to a spooky DANCE-OFF that’ll decide the fate of the village! Will you overcome the wicked sorceress, or will you join the dancing masses?!

Definitely to Include : Rare as it is, it can reward a “semi-unique” in the form of the Nekodancer herself. Set traits for the semi-unique: honourable, blight and dancer

Additional to Consider : Should it possibly subvert existing magical traits in exchange for (M:Bt)? Should Clumsy be a bad thing? OR should there be something for a clumsy dancer? The nekodancer as a semi-unique? When acquired, she is replaced by her apprentices who would be incredibly dangerous if they weren’t obsessed with THE BEAT Should the nekodancer… have a bonus to the butt? Dem Hips and all that. Source of blight magic? Is this a marauding or a defending mission?
