When it makes contact with a mesh, the droplet is removed, and an ink brush/tile set is applied as a mask onto the model. RNG is used to simulate the randomness of fluid splatter. You would need to make a colorless ink tile and the coding logic, but such a system should work for every surface in the game, and can be repurposed for any inking purpose, such as painting or turf war.
