I subscribed to your Patreon only for Stargate and I'm very happy so far. I really like to see you discovering this sci-fi show. I apologize for spoiling you in the past, I won't in the future. These episodes might not be important for the overall story line, but they have a deep philosophical message. For this episode, we can do a parallel with the pipelines that we're trying to build in the middle of aboriginal reserves. They value a symbiotic relationship with the nature, we value technology. Also, the spirits remind me of the Nox. They seem to be very advanced but they live in peace with the nature. However, they are more likely to attack if we try to harm their people. The Nox would hide and disappear instead of attacking.

2021-01-22 01:44:16 +0000 UTCIt's a little campy and very 90s, but I have a soft spot for this episode. Tonane is hilarious, Sam has her first command, and the SGC learns some valuable lessons. The guy who plays Tonane is Rodney A Grant. He was in Dances with Wolves and Geronimo, as well as a bunch of 90's Canadian/American shows like Due South and Hawkeye, and Legend with Richard Dean Anderson. And it's so cool that you remembered Captain Connor! You're terrible with names but good with faces :D
