Kroashent Commission: Timothee de Gand

Continuing the "Character adaptation" series for Srgntdrew, which re-imagines Drew's characters as they might appear in Alvez the world of Kroashent. Following up on the villainous Bantiarna Álainnee is the Bediz (Human) patron of the Coppertune sisters, the merchant-adventurer, Timothée de Gand. The ambitious heir to a wealthy textile merchant, Timothée has contracted the services of the Coppertune sisters, Blaine, Cole and Chessa, in his quest to establish a new trade route between the Cloth Cities of the North and the "Merchant's Paradise" of the Golden Sea to the far south, across the shadowy "Dark Kingdom" of Arle and the wyvern-infested peaks of the Meneziou Gwen. Untold dangers await on their adventure, but some rewards are worth the risk.

Val's Notes:

In his "original" form, Tim is an explorer and frequent companion/partner to the mischievous foxgirl, Blaine Coppertune. His look is quite modern, so I decided to base his Alvez look off of some merchant classes of the late middle ages/early Renaissance, while maintaining his general colour scheme. Timothée is from Gand, the largest of the Cloth Cities and the centre of a massive wool-making industry. As a member of a wealthy peasant merchant family, it falls to Timothée to expand his family business. The silver-scales on his hat are the emblem of the Merchantmen, a loose but powerful guild of traders and merchants organized across the continent of Letha. This is the same organization of which Gwae is a representative of in her region.
