Thanks for reacting to these. Your reactions were a lot of fun to watch. I know that the decision on who returned and how much was based on everybody's schedules. The boyfriends were busy. I assume Stacy's actress had conflicts as well. Jessica and Ashley were cast in the first movie through an open casting call to get a couple of people to round out the sound. I think it's Jessica who does the highest notes in their songs, and Ashley did some of the beatboxing. Cynthia's actress has done some voice acting, but I'm not sure how much she can do without cutting into her time writing and producing hit songs. I suspect the poor rating is due to the intersection between musicals and action movies. I loved it.
