Ozymandias didn't know the reason for this, but he thought that probably whoever had reincarnated him did it so they would know the location of the Gods so they could fight them.

Also, during these years he had traveled all over the world, at first the only problem was how he was going to get money.

After all, he had not revealed himself to the world and always acted anonymously, mainly because there were things he could only do if no one knew his identity.

The fact that he invades other Campiones territory and fights against several Heretic Gods was one of the reasons, after all if everyone knew his appearance, everything would be more complicated.

But that problem was solved shortly after he killed a certain Heretic God who gave him control over all the riches that existed below the earth, besides killing a few months ago a Heretic God who owned all the treasures of the world.

Aside from living and traveling around the world to kill Heretic Gods and dominate their Authorities, Ozymandias had become well used to what being a Campione gave him.

Upon becoming a Campione, the added constitution of improved longevity that allows your body to age for centuries and not die, enhanced spiritual sense that allows you to see magic within objects, magical resistance that makes you vulnerable only to other authorities, or magic injected directly into his body, Stealing Authority from killing a God, superhuman toughness and durability with nearly unbreakable bones and increased healing factor, the ability to understand and speak all languages, and reserves of magical energy that are hundreds to thousands of times greater than that of a trained mage.

In addition to all this, Ozymandias had also understood more of the world he was in.

Just because he had become a Campione didn't mean he was invincible, Ozymandias had already gone through several near-death situations facing Heretical Gods over the years.

Besides everything Ozymandias had a goal in this world, he wanted to become the strongest, but for that there were several obstacles, mainly one.

The King Who Manifests at the End of the World.

If a Campione is a Slayer of Gods then the King who Manifests at the End of the World, or known as the King of the End, is a Slayer of Campiones.

The King of the End is in charge of killing all Campiones, awakening once every thousand years he kills all Campiones that exist before falling asleep again.

A God known as "Stronger Steel" possessing dozens of different Authorities that allowed him to fight and defeat multiple Campiones at the same time.

Ozymandias knew him due to his knowledge of his past life and obviously due to his adoptive mother Pandora telling him.

Considering Ozymandias as Pandora's favorite son would not be wrong.

Unlike all the other Campiones, Ozymandias was the only one who called Pandora his mother and truly considered her one, and he was the only one to keep his memories.

When a human kills a God and becomes a Campione, or when a Campione kills a God he ends up in the Netherworld, the Frontier of Life and Immortality, the place where some heretical gods retreated when they got tired of the violence on Earth, but they were unwilling to die and return to their myths.

There they meet Pandora who using her power and the sacrifice of the God shapes the Authorities that would be bestowed on her adopted children.

But due to being in such a place even the Campiones were not able to keep their memories of that place.

Ozymandias was the only one who kept her memories, apart from the fact that he had killed more Gods and therefore more that he had met more with Pandora becoming her favorite son.

Furthermore, the fact that he pursued Gods so much was to obtain the greatest number of Authorities for when the King of the End would manifest.

After all, the only chance he would have would be like this, or he would find the Holy Grail that is responsible for carrying the powers of the King of the End after his sleep.

He knew that the King of the End was strong, he is considered stronger than Monkey King Sun Wukong.

And as far as Ozymandias knew one of the Campiones, Luo Hao had fought and tied with Sun Wukong in the past.

Ozymandias himself had already met Luo Hao, from the Campiones she was the only one he knew personally.

It had happened a few years ago while he was fighting a Heretic God in China and after killing him he had met Luo Hao and after a brief conversation they had fought each other.

And Ozymandias could say with certainty that she was the strongest opponent he had ever fought, and the battle had ended in a draw.

Afterwards he and Luo Hao had become great friends with her declaring that she would teach him to be a great Campione and that he was worthy of her.

Other than that, travels across the world of Ozymandias to face Heretic Gods and see the world was the only thing he was doing.

Ozymandias was just waiting for one thing to reveal himself to the world, the appearance of Verethragna, the Persian God of Victory.

Although he didn't know the exact day he knew it would be Sardinia in Italy so all he was waiting for was his god detector to go off with the location being Sardinia.

In addition to the fact that Ozymandias also had a home in Japan, in a specific location where he knew a lot of interesting things were going to happen.

But in the meantime, Ozymandias was now in Rome, where he felt the presence of two Heretic Gods.

And besides being able to have a fight, he could also visit the sights of that city, after that he had decided to go to England as he also knew that a Heretic God would manifest there.

Soon after arriving in Rome Campione had decided to participate in some sightseeing tours, however Unfortunately for Ozymandias he had arrived in Rome at night so most events were closed.

So he did the next best thing and ordered some Italian specialties for dinner, like pasta and pizza.

On the first day of the tour, he managed to visit the National Museum of Rome, Piazza Navona, the Compo de 'Fiori. And the first thing he noticed upon entering the museum was that at least half of the exhibits were fake. Good forgeries that could pass the scrutiny of perhaps every history expert, but to him, it was clear as day.

Although he knew why, after all most goals were divine and could contain great curses within them.

On his second day in Rome, he visited Piazza di Spagna and the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, the Quirinale Palace and the Capuchin Crypt, once again noting that some supposedly ancient statues were forgeries created through magic.. .except for the last location, that is.

The Capuchins' crypt radiated magic, each bone being infused with a good dose of magical energy. As far as he could tell the soil itself was radiating power.

Ozymandias walked calmly as he distanced himself from the other people, heading towards where he felt the greatest amount of magical power, knowing that something was here.

After all, this was the location where a Heretic God would appear.

Then Ozymandias stopped as he looked at what was in front of him.
