i decided to hop back into memory lane and reminisce about a bunch of movies or movie scenes that genuinely disturbed/horrified/traumatized me when i was a small child.

Omg. I watched Nightmare on Elm Street 4 at a slumber party when I was 10. It was new out on vhs. I absolutely panicked in the scene where one of the kids was caught in the cockroach trap and turned into a cockroach. Outright hiding behind the couch lol! Horror is my favourite genre now, and The Thing is a masterpiece. Love what you're doing now, and those sneezes between segments where funny lol.

Idk how much it affected my life tbh I remember when I was like 6 my mom walked in on me watching something fckd up (I think it was one of the Scary Movies actually) and was like "wtf are you watching?". Idk mom, one of the videotapes YOU got for me??
