In previous comics paneling was created with white strokes separating panels from each other, whereas PoB takes a more traditional approach with black outlines. Clip Studio has a dedicated tool for making comic panels in this fashion, but it's so terrible that I preferred to make them manually.
The halftones also took some time to get used to, but I hope you will enjoy what I've been able to create with them.
