Black Widow AR
Added 2024-10-05 11:12:27 +0000 UTCI was considering making this a longer paid sequence or comic, but since fanart barely sells for me, I decided to keep this short. Still a lot of dialogue, but also leaving a lot to the imagination how this goes down.
I wanted a scenario involving the Time Stone, but threw in the Reality Stone as well since some reality-warping was necessary for the clothes' transformation. But rather than Thanos, I thought it'd be funnier if the Stones winded up in the hands of some kid - this idea had been done before and I honestly can't remember whether I came up with it independently or was inspired.
I thought it'd be cute if the kid wasn't initially aware of the Stones' powers and *accidentally* used them before she caught on. Originally, it was just gonna be her and Black Widow, but then I thought it'd be funnier if she was jealous because some boy she likes was into Black Widow.
Design-wise, I largely based it off the Avengers Assemble animated series (they actually did have an age regression episode with Tony involving the Time Stone). So that's why the Time and Reality Stones look quite different from their MCU counterparts. But for Black Widow's baby form, I decided to give her the shorter hairstyle from her MCU version. Her wearing 'The Little Mermaid' diaper is just a little Disney reference.

Ideally both. You could just get by with looking at art you like, but going back to learn realism does help you see what rules people are breaking when they stylize. But whatever gets you drawing really lol.
