This week's foragings

Rambled up to one of my favourite woodlands and found some wicked crafted area someone had made ~ which looked like it could be for teaching? Hopefully some sort of forest school thingy! You can see the mossy benches where the kids would sit and an easel type stand where teaching aids could be placed. Plus a branch swing obviously! Also I foraged some teeny tiny bones further up from here, though not sure what they could be from. Too big for a mouse (my mouse ones are MINISCULE!) so possibly a different rodent or small bird? I'll have to do some research.
I have no clue who the lil bug guy was who was in my dining room but he's back outside now, and I've been super happy to see our hedgehog again!
And on a different hike to another favourite place Rufus got to enjoy some snow and I found the bones of a bird I'm yet to identify! I realised after picking them up about the current spread of avian flu so without any other touching or cleaning I panicked and just put them straight into the hydrogen peroxide for sanitising 😅 We'll see how it's all looking later today ~
