Several solutions that might overcome the problem of low memory and not being able to use a resolution of 512x and above

- Find the This PC application and right-click its icon, then select Properties.
- Select Advanced system settings > Settings.
- Under the Visual Effects tab, there are four options. Select the Adjust option for best performance.
- Once you have done this, click Apply.
Please note that these settings may not apply to all applications and the effects may differ depending on your system specifications.
Enable Ultimate mode in Windows 10 and Windows 11:
- Open Command Prompt as Administrator.
- Type the command "powercfg -duplicatescheme e9a42b02-d5df-448d-aa00-03f14749eb61" and press Enter.
- Open Control Panel.
- Select Hardware and Sound.
- Select Power Options.
- In the Hide additional plans section, activate Ultimate Performance mode.
Setting RAM allocation for Minecraft Bedrock Edition when using RealisCraft
Windows 10:
- Open Minecraft Bedrock Edition.
- Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open the Task Manager.
- Click on the More details button if the Task Manager is in simplified view.
- Go to the Details tab.
- Find your application in the list, right-click on it, then hover over Set priority.
- You will see a list of different priorities. Click on realtime priority.
Windows 11:
- Open Minecraft Bedrock Edition.
- Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open the Task Manager.
- Click on the More details button if the Task Manager is in simplified view.
- Go to the Processes tab.
- Find your application in the list, right-click on it, then click on Go to details.
- This will take you to the Details tab with your application highlighted. Right-click on it, hover over Set priority, then click on realtime priority.
Please note that changing the priority of an application can affect the performance of other applications and processes, so use this feature carefully. Also, the priority setting will reset to its default value the next time you start the application. If you want to permanently set the priority of an application, you’ll need to use a third-party application. Always remember to be careful when downloading and installing third-party applications, as they can potentially harm your computer.

Tried all of this fixes but I'm unable to get the texture 512 or higher to run :(
