Sung-kyu mentioned in his LeeMujin Service appearance that the reason he ends his phrases the way he does is simply because it is more fun, so when you hear like a cry or a tremble at the end of each line, that is why :D

Last year once all members of Infinite were no longer part of Woollim they started their own company (Infinite Company) with Sung-kyu as the head. The Woollim CEO transferred the Infinite trademark over to Sung-kyu with no conditions for his birthday!
