I loved the EternalT Album, but Paint Candy showed me they aren't afraid to step outside their comfort zone too. I recommend checking out their Gayo Daejeon Performance of Paint Candy, they did a remix with a more EDM-style beat and a dance break, so I'm curious what genres they'll experiment with in the future!

2025-08-01 03:49:57 +0000 UTCWhen the lineup was announced for this group I was honestly a bit confused as it didnt feel like there were strong vocalists in the group. But when Eternalt dropped it literally proved me wrong and changed my life- the members improved their vocals so incredibly much and the sound that they’ve created is so unique to them and so refreshing from the trend of kpop nowadays. They very quickly became one of my most played groups and How to Dance has been my number one song for months (so interesting to me how you felt about that one but I respect the opinion haha, I’m just a huge fan of chill, dreamy songs in general). They totally have a sound and I love how the Snowy Summer EP showed that they can grow while still sounding exactly like them. I’m obsessed with their concept and execution so much!

2025-07-31 19:53:52 +0000 UTCYou know, I almost got ahead of myself and was going to be a little defensive over the ETERNALT album, but then I remembered its good to step outside myself and listen to other people's opinions - If for no other reason than to more accurately pinpoint the reasons why i LIKE the album so much. And thinking about it more, I realize I definitely just LOVE when a group has a cohesive sound that they stick to, and do the best at. It's why I absolutely adore groups like ASTRO, Billlie and LUCY. They all have THEIR sound that they dont often stray from. So while it's a bit unfortunate that you didn't vibe with everything 100% and everything wasnt a 10/10 for you, for ETERNALT specifically, I appreciate you checking it out and giving your opinions :) tbh I think i just trauma bonded to them because of their survival show, Project 7 lol so it's hard for them to fail me after all that
